Customer service is based on a belief in providing solutions not just products. We are here to help customers succeed and in today’s fast-moving window market that means ‘right first time ‘service and a fast response to any problems.

As part of our BS EN ISO 9001 – Quality Management System and procedures, we have continuous improvement teams who monitor all concerns registered on our Help Desk, and use this information as a basis for improvement.

Quality of product is one of our KPI’s and is monitored at regular review meetings.
